Bad experience

Be warned in dealing with Get It Done Transportation and David Pein. All advertisements are the opposite of what I experienced. No refund owed 2 months later despite messages left and excuses from him. I would never use this company again.

Ann, I have had no excuse. I am embarrassed. This should have been resolved the day we spoke, and it was delayed because of an honest oversite. Below is the transaction info showing the difference of 220.00 was refunded as promised. I am sorry and we will make sure this never happens again to any client or potencial client. We are a family owned business and take much pride in giving nothing less the star experiences. We transport close to 10k cars a year and have a total of 15 complaints (feel free to look) complaints are rare considering how many units we move.
