Do not use this company, pay $200.00 more to a real professional vehicle transporter

"Unlike other auto brokers, here at Get it Done Transportation we price our Jobs based on your vehicle being picked up by a reputable auto carrier within a 3 to 4 day window." Told Dave not to rush, two weeks is fine just make sure you get it done. He was not able to find a transporter after 2 months.

"Also we do offer a 24-7 customer service line, where you can speak to the owner at your request. Unlike other transportation companies,we DO NOT charge an upfront deposit, NO monies will be charged until a driver has been assigned to transport your 1974 Volkswagen Beetle."

Once you book the pick up, they will charge your CC right away, now you are screwed big time, bye bye deposit, NO refund. "Our #1 Goal here at Get it Done Transportation, is 100% complete satisfaction. We offer a full team of experienced customer service representatives to ensure a timely stress-free transportation. Also we do offer a 24-7 customer service line, where you can speak to the owner at your request." They will call you every day to get your business but once you give them the job they start bringing up excuses, don't reply to your calls and emails. Horrible customer service. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. Wait till you read Dave's reply... it's all a misunderstanding, customer did not inform me properly, car didn't run, there was no rush, I did pay back his deposit, we transport 700 cars per month so once in a while something goes wrong, our ratings are off the charts....

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. Pay $200 more and sleep well, this Get It Done business is an example how not to run a business. God bless you Dave and your professional crew, I lost $160.00 on you but I hope you loose a lot more business because of the way you take care of your customers. Enjoy the $160.00 at your local bar and buy the two kids you show off on your website an ice cream.

Kurt De Pourcq, I appreciate your feedback. I understand you are upset rightfully so. We dropped the ball on this order. Some things your review is missing...We do not charge a deposit until the carrier is assigned this is a fact.Your card was charged once a trucker was located and assigned. He broke down and was delayed loading. Had we not assigned a carrier you would not have been charged- being that it was inoperable we had a hard time locating another truck with a winch. you were extremely patient but rightfully so ended up deciding to cancel. your deposit- you know we tried to refund it through the card but was kicked back because you canceled the card- a check has been sent to make right of this. I do sincerely apologize and your right we move OVER 700 cars a month with now 18 complaints in 2yrs so unhappy clients for us is very rare. Please any potential clients know that we have 100's of references across the nation of VERY HAPPY clients at your request. Dave Pein 888-325-1899
