Working with you was really fast and positive. I was using another broker for three weeks prior to engaging with you. He kept on saying he had a truck if I threw in some more money, and then on the day of pickup, the driver’s truck would mysteriously break down. That happened twice. I’m guessing the drivers found a higher-paying vehicle to pick up.

Once I engaged with you the price was fair, my options of cost for delivery to various locations was well explained, accurate, and my truck was picked up within two days of talking to you!
You are also responsive on email and telephone which many of the other brokers I interacted with where not.

The truck left Florida on a Friday and arrived in LA the following Tuesday! And that’s three days earlier than scheduled!

My only negative feedback is that the trucking company gave me no “heads-up” about the delivery and just called and said “the trucks in LA, where are you?”. Being present for the delivery requires planning to get off work, etc. Especially in this case when they delivered it three days early.
Also, their English was so poor that when they called me it was super hard to understand what they were saying, but I can’t really fault them for that, and ultimately we worked that out.
