Never had to speak to customer service-enough info provided in email I received from them when my vehicle was assigned:the name/number of trucking company, when to expect pickup/delivery, etc. Everything happened as stated. Will definitely recommend them in the future. I was offered an incentive to post this review, but it's all true.
