The entire process was very simple, and everything was as represented. I highly recommend their services. The driver accommodated my needs, and was courteous and polite throughout. Although they said it may take up to 5 or so days to hear from someone, I had contact within a couple of days. Great way to get a family member a vehicle that need to get from one state to another.
