Moving my car from Alexandria, VA to Palo Alto, CA was the easiest part of my cross country move, thanks to Preet and Cavalier Auto Transport. I was stressed by the whole idea, and was inundated by calls and e-mails from brokers seeking my business. I received an e-mail from Preet, but no hard-sell calls. I liked that. After checking the on-line reviews, I saw that Cavalier received uniformly excellent reviews, so I called Preet. He was great. Explained the process and put me at ease. Once the actual transporter was booked, I looked at their reviews and found they were terrible. I started to worry all over again and called Preet. He assured me he stood behind the transporter, gave him a call, and I was immediately contacted by the transporter. The driver, a bit rough around the edges, arrived on time. I watched him load my car and could tell he knew what he was doing, and his truck was loaded with high-end, new luxury cars. He arrived in Palo Alto four and a half days later, in spite of lousy weather. Nothing missing from the car and no damage. Piece of cake. I don't normally move cars around the country, but if I had to do it again, I'd definitely call Preet.
