Boss auto transport are shady dealers. They charged me $938 and gave my car to some carrier company. Then after my car was picked up they told me that they would refund my $800 to my account and I would have to pay driver $850 cash on delivery. When I asked why extra $50, they came up with some B.S. reason. And then I never received my refund back and carrier company won't release my car till I pay them $850. And they say, they have nothing to do with Boss Auto. I'm calling Boss auto and this carrier company when they should be dealing with each other.
When you try to call Boss Auto, they would put you on hold for like 30 mins. Before I paid them, they would call you like 10 times. This is a scam. Once they have your money, it will be so hard to get it back or get hold of them. At this point I'm still struggling to get my car released and my refund after 1 week of constant struggle.
Avoid Boss Auto. Worst ever customer service experience. Spend extra few bucks on some well reputed company and have a peace of mind.
