I needed a car shipped from Missouri to Pennsylvania. I received their quote along with other companies in the same line of business. Their quote was lower by about $100 than most and they agreed to pick the car up within the next two days, so I decided to go with them. When it comes time to receive the actual contract, the bill went up $125. That should have been the first flag for me and I immediately should have gone to another company, shame on me. But I said to myself, "Hey, it's still roughly in line with other companies AND they can pick it up right away, let's do it!" (I was very excited to receive my car.) They told me it would be delivered late Sunday or Monday. I took off from work, and waiting dutifully for my car on Monday, I asked them when my car was going to get here. Guess what - not going to be delivered until Tuesday or Wednesday. My fault for trusting someone on their word twice and failing me. Don't let the same happen to you. Use a different company that will set expectations from the start and keep in contact with you.
