Lack of care to damaged vehicle

Mirel Molnar and Autos on the Go were contracted to deliver my vehicle from Canada to Texas, USA (via Montana). Upon receipt of the vehicle in July 2016, I noted and immediately documented scratches on the hood, driver side and back end of the vehicle, both by photo and by noting it as additional comments on the original delivery paperwork filled out in Canada. Autos on the Go was notified the same day. While answering initial calls on the subject and claiming it had been reported to their insurance, there has been no additional communication from Autos on the Go or Mirel, and calls/emails have not been responded to for some time. After initial indication from Autos on the Go that their insurance company would be in contact with me (July), there has been no response. I have also gone out and had an estimate done for vehicle repair and forwarded to Autos on the Go, with no response. The BBB of Detroit has also been notified and has indicated that after a month they have not heard back from AOTG as of 11/28.
