Kellie went way beyond the extra mile to ship a car that I purchased sight-unseen. Without notice, the car dealership failed to have the vehicle ready on time and Kellie worked hard to cancel the scheduled pick-up and search hard for a new driver that could accommodate the dealer's erratic behavior. After the stress the dealer put me through it was awesome to have someone like Kellie there for me. Her customer service is truly outstanding and cannot be compared. She was always reachable by telephone and handled everything perfectly. A breath of fresh air in a world where good customer service is abnormal!

This was my second time using AutoZipper. I will only do business with them going forward and will refer as many people as I know regardless of whether or not they are the cheapest. Truly outstanding customer service.
