In response to my inquiry about transporting a PT Cruiser from NY to Louisiana, Ben Acevedo of AutoStar Transport Express contacted me with an introductory courtesy call as well as an email. He was most personable as well as knowledgeable. All of my questions and concerns were addressed in a friendly yet professional manner. Much of the information that one would want was contained in the first email, but all subsequent emails were answered promptly. He was able to schedule a driver that delivered the car in advance of the estimated delivery date, and the car arrived via an open carrier clean and undamaged. I would definitely recommend AutoStar and Ben Acevedo.
