Overall, A Satisfied Customer!

Overall, I'd say I'm a pretty satisfied customer.

Pros: Once the delivery was scheduled, it was picked up very promptly and I had all the information necessary to put my mind at ease and trust that my car was in decent hands. The drop off was within the time range they had estimated, and my car arrived safely and in good condition.

Cons: The actual scheduling of the pick up didn't happen until a few days before. I was told repeatedly that this was the nature of the car shipping business, which is fine, albeit nerve-wracking. I was disappointed in the fact that not once was I called during this process. Every time I spoke to someone about my upcoming shipment, it was because *I* called out of concern that I hadn't heard anything. And also, the amount I ended up paying was $150 dollars more than the amount I was quoted...again, I was warned that this might happen because its the nature of the car shipping business, but if that's the case, then I'd rather they make their quotes on the high side to prepare me for the actual cost.
