As most customers I went online and read all the bad reviews which made the process seem undoable. I ended up talking to serveral companies and settled on Auto Star. Expecting the worst I started the process and agreed on a price which was about average of all the other quotes I had recieved. I was informed by a family member that they had picked up the car. The following day I called to check on the status and no one answered the phone and I thought I would become what I read about in the bad reviews. Instead my call was returned not from the agent I set it up with but their assistant who answered all my questions and gave me the status of the vehicle. I recieved the contract from them and before I signed and returned it to them the car had made it from Massachusetts to Florida. Great service and hassel free.
