First this isnt my first time having my cars shipped. Its my fifth time shipping my cars and the first time and last with this company.
Overall the experience of having the car picked up and dropped off was good.
But the price is exorbitant for what you are paying the middle man. They do not own the trucks. Nor the drivers.

And I had zero problem with the drivers. There was an Audi R8 and a few other high end cars on the truck, and he seemed to take very good care fo the cars.

Basically I paid $1325.
$900 goes to the driver. $425 goes directly to AT123, the middle man. So, if possible, do yourself a favor and find a driver and deal with him directly.
All transport companies all have the same story and same examples. They try to scare the hell out of you and they try to make you feel they are the only ones that are trustworthy. And be warned, they all use the same boards and so they all see who you are, what your shipping and what prices have been quoted. It is a very shady business. Try to find a smaller individual and not a large company, use your gut instinct and be patient, dont fall for it. Just get the best price and go with a driver. Especially if its enclosed like this one.

Another problem, is the unwanted calls to give them a good review. I received four plus unwanted phone calls to give them my time, and anyone knows, my time is not free to anyone, to review there services. One major problem is that they send you a link while you are on the phone, they then control that review by telling you that you have to fill out the review while they wait on the phone, so they can put in a number that will submit the review to transport reviews.
This is ludicrous and I did not fall for it. It is a little suspicious, because first they pressured and directed me to give them five stars all across. Then they wanted me to fill out the review as they waited. I will be contacting the authorities to look into the process in which they do not warn you that the link that they send is basically in there control. Its like a bait click, and the link could or can be easily manipulated to control your review or even see what you are typing as you do it, basically screen grabs or streaming directly. Although this may not be the process in which the link they sent works, I was not warned or told of the exact control that they would have until I started questioning.
When I started questioning the process, they became very irritated that I wasn't doing what they wanted me to do. I eventually hung up.
Then as I received phone calls for business, and I ignored the 888 number two times, they decided to use various generated numbers, aka caller ID spoofs to get me to answer the calls. Because of this behavior, I will not be using the service again for any future auto transports. I suggest trying to find a driver that will deal with you directly and not through middle man.
