I had never shipped a vehicle before so I did some homework on-line. Auto Transport 123 had very good reviews. I contacted the main number and got Matt. Matt was professional, courteous and approachable. He made me feel comfortable with my decision to use them. I gave him proposed pickup dates that were convenient for me and he was able to accommodate my timeframe. I received a call from someone else (scheduling?) several days prior to the proposed pickup date with a confirmation. The driver, Luis, picked up the car on the date stated and then got in touch with me a prior to delivery. It all went smoothly. I don't know if I got a good deal since they are the only ones I contacted, but for the lack of hassle, I would definitely use them again regardless.
