This is the first time I use auto transportation. I was a little worried in the beginning after seeing a lot of dramas with auto ship broker and carrier. But right after I got off the phone with Shawnee, I was relieved. She kindly answered all of my questions. She got back to me very promptly when I need her help. Thanks to her, I got a good carrier within a few days and my car was picked up and delivered right on time. I am very happy with Shawnee's work. I will definitely call her if I am gonna need her help in the future.
