I found Micheal to be very professional, honest and reliable.. He took very time to give all of the information, answered all my questions. Most importantly He did everything he said he would do. He followed up several times to make surer everything was going as promised. He had a truck pick up my car in three days over the New Year holiday. The driver delivered it 1200 miles away in 34 hours. I was notified when it would arrive and then called when it did arrive. Since the driver could not get in my neighborhood due to ice and snow the driver delivered to me less then a mile away at a large parking lot. After all the bad reviews I read about other companies, I was very concerned, but pleasantly surprised due to Micheal's efforts.
