Not flawless, but car was delivered safely

My review of the auto shipment broker is 3 stars because Lance was very responsive before I committed to shipping with him. When it came time to have the car picked up, the shipper had received incorrect information about timing and was late. The only reason they showed up before I left the state was because I called multiple times and kept perservering. I place the responsibility for this on Lance because he communicated the timing to the carrier and should have verified they had the correct information and confirmed with them shortly before they were to pick up my car according to the schedule he and I agreed upon. The delivery of the car was also not smooth. The carrier tried to contact me twice on the evening when the car was to be delivered. I ended up getting back to them within an hour, but they told me they were about to send the car to impound. Lance didn't contact me until the next day well after all the problems happened. Before I committed to shipping with him, he said he was available via text, email, phone at all times of day. I did not find this to be accurate and I think he should have put more effort into communicating clearly with the carrier.

Lance Staab 360.406.4893 lance@autoshippinggroup. T F Thank you for your informative review and I appreciate your input. I do the best I can do be available to each and every customer at there beckon call. However , it is impossible to be everywhere all the time. I am typically available like you said thru text emails and I do my best to get back with you and my other customers in a reasonable amount of time. I put in 10 to 14 hours a day working to accommodate everyone but I do have family and MAYBE one day or two days a week I work 8 to 10 hours so I can spend a few precious hours with my family and relax. Unfortunately the day the problem occurred it was that time I was with my family. I am hoping you would understand and I will try to do my best to make sure this will not happen again to a future customer. Thanks again for your review
