While my son (Jose M Pagan) has not picked the vehicle in Honolulu yet and cannot speak to the condition of the vehicle, the car was picked up one day earlier than anticipated which got the process going quickly. The most notable aspect of moving a vehicle for the first time was a scary process- however, Mrs. Kimberly Freely of Auto Shipping made the process less worrisome for me. She was very courteous, professional and efficient. She communicated with me constantly and kept me abreast of the progress of the transport of my vehicle. She was very friendly and gave me a warm fuzzy about a process that i had never done before. If I had to transport a vehicle again I will definitely keep Kimberly Freiley's contact info and utilize in the future. Her integrity was second to none. Regards,
