Great experience all around. Felicia at Auto Transport Group was courteous, friendly, and proactive. Good with updates but not overwhelming, and thorough in walking me through everything. When I was calling around to verify all my online quotes she gave me solid numbers, let me know how they calculate the quote, and provided estimates about how much things could fluctuate based on differences in the contracted carriers costs. Never once pressured me into "booking now" or "locking in my price" with a deposit. I ended up choosing them because most of my quotes came in around the same price, but Felicia was one of the few who didn't pitch me why they were the greatest, but just answered my questions and let me make up my own mind about who I wanted to go with. After booking, both she and her carrier worked around my schedule and gave me lots of options for pickup and delivery logistics. Every question I had got answered truthfully, never had to wait more than an hour to hear back about about anything, and I was kept up to date for all aspects of the delivery. I would definitely recommend these folks, and wouldn't hesitate to call Felicia again the next time I need to ship a vehicle.
