Auto Shipping Group was overall satisfactory/good. They helped in a bind when Ship a Car Direct failed to secure me a carrier. Their customer service was quite good. However, I feel unable to give them 5 stars secondary to my car arriving with damage that the carrier, Cars Inc. (based out of Aurora, CO) has not yet taken responsibility for. I would encourage auto shipping group to no longer use Cars Inc. as a carrier otherwise I think that this will be reflected in your reviews just as it is reflected in my review of your company.

This is the first time I have heard anything. You never told me anything about the damage or I could have pulled the insurance for you and helped you. I do wish you luck.
