This was such a horrendous experience. First of all, auto shipping group was dishonest in several ways. I chose this company based off of medium priced quote. However, this quote was absolutely false. Once auto shipping group has your down payment, you begin to see their true side of their operation. I ended up paying an extra 275$ on top of their quote. Also, they advertise door to door pick-up and delivery and that was false. I had to drive over 30 minutes to meet the truck driver, who gave me less than 18 hour notice. My car was delivered 2 days late. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company to anyone. Please, use this review for future booking!!

Brenda Rust 360-255-7438 brenda@autoshippinggroup.com Corey, I'd like to apologize if you feel that this was a bad experience, but I want to clarify a few thing that you have over exaggerated. 1. Your original quote back in May was 914, you booked your order on the 6th of June, and we had two carriers for you. The first one wouldn't work because the date was 2 days earlier than you liked it so we called you again for another carrier and you agreed to take it. You agreed to a rate of 1059, so its only 145 more, not 245 more. Just to be clear. 2. It states clearly in our terms that we are providing a quote, and carriers prices can fluctuate. It is up to YOU if you want to accept a higher rate, which you did :BrendaR at 06/10/2016 11:21 AM: "called cust, he approved carrier." 3. Please explain to us where we were dishonest. We were very upfront in everything we do. We do not charge you a penny unless we pick up your vehicle. Our terms state:IMPORTANT CONSUMER NOTICE Due to the instability of the current price of diesel fuel, there may be a price increase to your original quote. Auto Shipping Group Inc. will contact you first to advise you of the increased cost. Choosing this option will ensure your vehicle will be transported in a timely manner. However, you will always have the option to continue looking for a carrier at the original quoted price with the understanding that it will most likely take longer than originally anticipated. You do have the option to cancel your order without cost or obligation. We do say its door to door service, however: #4. Auto Shipping Group Inc. hereby notifies shipper that their vehicle will be driven on and off the transporter, or to and from the transporter at the pickup or delivery site. Should the carrier be unable to access either site, this does not relieve the consignee from making a reasonable effort to meet the truck at a suitable location. In order to fully deliver your vehicle you must be willing to travel up to 5 miles from the designated pickup or delivery point. The driver has to feel safe for them to come to the residence. Yes 30 minutes is a little far, but if that's the closest location, and you agreed to it, and didn't bother to call and ask for my help, then I don't know what else to tell you. I would have gotten involved and gotten the vehicle closer. Also 18 hours notice is more than most customer get. Some customers only get a few hours before delivery. 4. As for the carrier being late. Dates are estimates. The average transit time coast to coast is 7-10 calendar days. Your vehicle was picked up the 11th, and delivered the 17th, so that's 7 days, so for the estimate, they were not late. They may have been late for your time frame but not theirs.. #1 of our terms: Auto Shipping Group Inc. agrees to have vehicle(s) described on quotation shipped on or about the dates requested. Auto Shipping Group Inc. will find a licensed Carrier (agent) to fulfill the terms and conditions of this agreement. Auto Shipping Group Inc. does not guarantee a specific pickup or delivery date. The normal pick up time frame is 1 to 10 business days. So again if you were misinformed. We wish you well.
