My issue was with the actual transport company that moved my vehicle from CA to TX. Kim set us up with CAA Transport and it started off well with an on time pick up in CA but then arrived 2 days late in TX and when I called CAA Transport on Friday evening to find out the delivery date I was told they were closed and to call back on Sat AM. I called back Sat AM and was told since it was the weekend they had no information and I would have to contact the driver myself, they gave me the drivers phone#. I called Francisco (he was great ) a bit difficult to understand with broken English but he said it would not be delivered until Monday! I said that was not going to work and then he said ok I can get it there on Sunday and he did with NO damage. Just frustrated with the lack of communication at CAA transport and 9 days from CA to TX is ridiculous. I would use Auto Shipping Group again but may ask for a different transport co (not CAA Transport)
