Ms Felicia Williams was referred to me by Mr. Nick Smit from Gresham Subaru regarding a transfer of our Subaru Legacy from Washington State to California. My initial contact with Ms Williams was in March 2016 and the delivery was completed by the end of April 2016. Throughout these two months, Ms Williams provided me with all the necessary information, clearly answered my numerous questions, and guided me through this process. Ms. Williams conduct was polite and professional. Her knowledge of the process, her patience, and her supportive attitude, allowed me to bring this process to completion.
