Customer service was excellent. The communication with the carrier was not good. I was once a broker myself so i understand there they are two different entities. The only suggestion that i recommend is that you thoroughly review all carriers you assign to pick up your customer vehicles because at the end of the day this will influence if i customer decides to use your services or not.
