Solid Experience & Great Customer Service from Chell Hart

Needed to get my in-laws old car to us in California. Auto Shipping Group and Chell Hart were the only company to actually call me after getting the online estimate. Others just sent out an automated email saying they were the "best." Chell was honest about the process, told me how things work, and didn't try to sell me too hard. I appreciated that she took a very friendly, low-key approach.

Auto Shipping Group did a great job setting up the contract and making sure a driver could be found. The driver (TransAuto Logistics) also was great in keeping me updated when the delivery date got close.

Not sure that I will need to ship another car across the country, but I would definitely use Chell again if needed.
