Delivery cost increase over Quoted Price

First off Gabby was excellent to work with, and explained the transporting business to me over several phone calls. The reason I am only giving them three stars is because they quoted me $528.00 total out of pocket. The math worked out to...528.00 minus 169.00 deposit = 359.00 on delivery.

Well the first offer they shot me, they said the driver wanted $750.00 on delivery on top of the 169.00 deposit...I rejected this offer and informed Gabby that if they couldn't find a driver within the seven day contract period I would ask to break the contract and go with a previous contact that had offered a guaranteed signed contract to do the job for 600.00 total. (Yes, I was trying to save 75.00 by going with Andrews)

Then a couple days later Gabby contacts me and says she found a driver to do it for 575.00 on delivery (Timing was odd that they found a driver who would do it for 25.00 under the 600.00 that I mentioned to them just days prior)

So all in all it cost me 744.00 out of pocket, which is 216.00 or 40% above the original quoted cost.

We understand how frustrating shipping a car can be. Some times the destination and pick up addresses can be in places drivers do not want to go. Or request more money to go to. We don't always know this up front and this is why we offer a money bodice guarantee in case the drivers will not cooperate with our quotes.
