Jim claims he is available by cell phone or phone and it is true. Several times I had to call due a hugh snow storm that was heading to Mass. He picked my car up the day he said he would but headed back to Worcester which was hard hit by the storm. Somehow he managed to get my car to Fla on the date that was promised. I would recommend him highly. Only one thing he was not aware of and that is where the car was stored but it was his first year using Brady's. I had already called Brady's and knew exactly what to expect when I arrived in Fla. A satisfied custumer.
