We were quoted out transport at $800 and that it would be picked up within 1-7 days. It was about 8 days after that chunk of time that that the car was finally on its way. We called several times within the 1-7 days but our representative was on vacation and our claim had not been handed over to another representative. She then told me on that on the phone that our car had not been posted for pick up, then shortly there after said that it had been - that she was mistaken (which made me really question all contact we had with her in the past) Other than that, she increased our bid without asking permission then finally received a bid that was nearly double the initial quote and that we had to drive over 1 hour to pick up our car. We accepted because we needed the car and this was the only way to get it after being without for so long. Picking up the car over an hour away meant my fiancee driving to accept it, driving back to pick me up, then having to drive the hour back to obtain the car (I just started graduate school and if the car had been put up for bid during the requested time, this would not have been as much of an issue as I would have been out of class.) We were not told that we needed to take photos of the car before pick up for our insurance to cover any damage and we were unable to photos from our friend who was keeping it for pick up. So we paid for insurance that we could not use.

The car came 3 days earlier than quoted and the driver was on top of communicating the day of delivery. It arrived dirty (which makes sense as it had been sitting on the side of the road for an extra 2+ weeks at it's departure destination).

I then received this request for review that was suppose to be sent 2 days within the cars arrival (we got the car Monday and we were called frantically Saturday morning stating it needed to be completed by x date).

If I could do it again, I would have flown back and drove the car myself. The driver was great, I received my car in one piece without damage but the customer service from our representative was severely lacking. I would not recommend this company for auto transport in the future.

We apologize for any inconveniences this customer experienced. Unfortunately, shipments that occur during the holiday season may sometimes be delayed due to the schedules of carrier companies. This customer chose our economy rate which is only suggested for those with a flexible pick up and delivery time frame. After being contacted with any available offers, it is ultimately up to the customer to decide which price and time option works best for them.
