Ali helped me through the entire process from start to finish. She was couteous, helpful and explained the entire process to me. She made the process smooth and easy. Everything arrived exactly when they said it would arrive. Everything was in perfect condition. The delivery folks helped us get everything in the right room, and they were very easy to deal with. Overall an excellent experience.
