Overall succeeded in moving my car from VA to CA. There were a few points that I would advise others on to facilitate planning ahead:
1. The offered price in the beginning will be within 300 dollars of the actual price- not the actual price. You do not know this until AFTER committing somewhat and signing documentation explaining the change in price.

2. Be flexible with pick-up times: pick up was a day earlier than we had planned and deliver was approx. 2-3 days ahead of schedule. I advise being flexible. We were fortunate we were able to go down to one car a day early and that our leasing office was willing to accept the keys to the car because the car made it there well ahead of the date we had planned for. This also made the direct deposit difficult and it had to be done within an hour via telephone to the bank as we were trying to drive cross country.

3. Minimal heads up prior to pick up and delivery. We received phone calls 1 hour prior without warning in advance that either pick up or delivery would be early.
