My overall experience was very good, though I was initially unaware that the estimated quote was indeed only an "estimate" and that the actual price will be determined by what the transporter offers and how it gets negotiated. I was drawn by the relatively cheap estimate quote compared to other sites. The actual price I paid was above the estimated quote. The AmeriFreight broker did his best to explain the process and negotiate the price, which I appreciate very much. I felt well supported. However, it is not a system that gives much control to the customer, especially if time is pressing and there are lack of car transporters to the desired destination.
Whatever the system may be, the Auto transporter Sam Logistics Inc was excellent. The team took care in loading the vehicle, and bringing the truck right to the final destination, a tricky spot due to winding roads. There were no damage(s) to the car.
