Before I begin, I would like to let everyone know that this is the first time that I ever left a poor rating on anything. I felt compelled to write so that potential customers would be able to see my review. Long story short, I signed a contract for $850. George sold me some good lines stating how they are a five star company. Well after my dealings with them, I wouldn't even give them one star. Sorry to say that George dropped the ball with this one. Even one of his coworkers admitted it to me. The day the car was supposed to be picked up, I had conversations with George up to the day of and the day before telling me not to worry that there will be someone here to pick up my car (that they have a transporter). The day came and went and my car was still sitting in the driveway. After repeated calls, I was told that they were still working on it and I was a priority for them. Yes, I was lied to. What is worse is that for everyday that the car didn't arrive to its destination, I was paying for a rental car. And to top it off, they raised the price to $950 which I agreed to because it was too late to contact another company! The car arrived five days later than promised so I was stuck with five days of rental car fees! When I expressed my concern and dissatisfaction to them, I was told that they wouldn't reimburse me for any rental car fees but would give me some credit towards my next contract with them. Please take time and read some other reviews to get a better idea of the poor service they provide. Also, please be aware that the companies pay people to write good reviews.
