My car broke down while on a family vacation. I needed a transport company to get it back home. I told ATL that a semi would not fit into my neighborhood and I had no rush to get a delivery. Jason said it should be no problem as they have three and five car haulers make the trip all the time. He said he would call back when he found a driver. He called me back the same day and told me he found a two car hauler that would be able to deliver my car. I paid their fee and the driver was scheduled. Jason said the car would be delivered in the evening on Tuesday or Wednesday morning. This is perfect because my wife and I work Tuesday. I get a call Tuesday morning from a driver checking to see if I will be available for delivery in 1 hour and he wants to make sure that his semi will fit into our neighborhood! Now me and my wife are both at work and I'm trying to figure out where to put this car. I called Jason back and told him what was going on. He explained that there must have been a mix up with dispatch. The car had to be dropped at a parking lot but Jason offered to pay for transportation to my house. Overall ATL was very prompt to schedule the delivery and they were willing to work on fixing the mix up.
