After reading many bad experience people having with transport companies, I was a bit hesitant. So I went ahead with the recommendation which one of my family friend given to me. It was very pleasant working with Julian. He was prompt to answer my call and make sure all my questions/concerns are addressed properly. My vehicle arrived in 4 days since it was picked up from Illinois to California. I could always check with Julian about vehicle status and ETA.
