Melanie called me after I already had a broker. She got my information from the broker site and called me to tell me there was no way that price would get a carrier because it was too low. I told her let me go with my original carrier and if he doesn't come through I'll contact you. She contacted me 4, sometimes 5 times a day. I repeatedly said do not contact me.
I get a phone call from my original broker saying that All State (Melanie's company) posted my car for a lot more money and that it completely messed up a deal that I was getting for a lot less.
I contacted Melanie and asked why she posted my car without permission. She denied everything, however I received a screenshot of her posting by my original broker. She did not have any answer for that screenshot.
Melanie is a terrible person. She not only posted my listing without permission she also got my transportation fee raised. I ended up paying $100 more because she listed my car higher. Drivers expected that price from then on! Stay away!
