All Star Direct Auto Shipping is dishonest, unprofessional, and outright rude!! I found out through another company that they sent my request through that All Star cancelled it and submitted it again at a higher price. I was also told that this happens often through this company. Hopefully, by me posting this it will not happen to you! They will take your $299 deposit then tell you the day the driver is to come that the price is higher, BE AWARE. Steve Roberts told me he was the owner and when I called and talked to Lisa Cooper she stated he was a Sales Rep and she was the owner! Lisa then defended Steven's unprofessional behavior by stating, " He would only over talk someone if they were over talking him" I was appalled by this response. Even if my volume was up an employee of the company should never raise their voice! I find it VERY hard to believe these other reviews are honest. It's sad to know that All Star has to make their money by screwing good people over!
