The contractor that initially picked up our shipment was unable to meet our time requirements. Charlie stepped up and assigned another carrier that was fantastic. Charlie didn't hesitate when we explained the problem. Anyone can broker a shipment, but only the best can recover when the deal goes the wrong direction. I have used brokers in the past that ignored my calls when a problem occurred. I would definitely use and recommend this service.
