great service but with a few problems

The company could not have been more helpful to a military family. We needed a vehicle shipped from Alaska to Arizona and they were polite and professional during a very stressful time. However when the vehicle arrived we had no notice. The driver just called and said hello I am here come get your car and we had no idea. We were about an hour away and he seemed "inconvenienced" that he had to wait. We arrived to get our vehicle and there was no introduction or anything. The driver just handed us the paperwork and left without saying a word. I liked the professionalism of the office but their drivers need to work on it a bit. A simple phone call to say they were on their way would help helped us greatly. A military family with only a rental car and no advance notice also with a baby, it was hard to be there on such short notice. And to be treated so rudely. Rich and the support staff could not have been better though.
