Two days after I cancelled service, they charged my credit card $100 as a deposit. One month later, there has not been a refund. Two phone calls during the last two weeks-both times I receivedk-we are too busy to return your deposit. I never had an opportunity to know how they would transport a car, but they certainly are expert as not returning your deposit.
