We bought an all-electric vehicle from a dealer 150 miles away. Due to the limited driving distance on a full charge, we had to have the vehicle transported rather than drive it home. We contacted and reviewed many transport companies but finally decided on 1Flat Rate because they were the only company that did not ask for a credit card number or any kind of payment "to reserve" the truck or "deposit". They were completely honest with what they promised us, no payment until the car is delivered. The car was transported by a company that was very courteous and honest with us. They were up-front about the pick up date, and then delivered the vehicle quicker than we expected, which was a nice surprise. The driver was very helpful and friendly and our vehicle arrived without any damage, just a little dirt, which is expected in the winter in the upper Midwest. All in all we highly recommend 1 Flat Rate. They weren't the cheapest, and they weren't the most expensive.
