This was my first time shipping my vehicle to this extent so I had a lot of questions, a lot of concerns, and a lot of doubt. This was one of the best prices I got for having my vehicle transported via enclosed container. Every time I had a question, I contacted Fletcher. Fletcher was always there to pick up. I kid you not, no matter the time I would call, he would answer and give me a response that put me at ease. On the day my vehicle was being picked up, the driver called me the night prior to establish a time for pick up. That day of pickup, the driver was on time. He knew I was shipping the car in an enclosed container. He informed me that the containers have dust so when I get the car back to not be alarmed. I'm glad he set my expectation. The car was dusty, but nothing I worried about. The majority of the dust blew away when I drove it. I got the car on time and am a happy customer.
