Having never shipped a vehicle before, the process was a bit scary, but Pat eased my worries every step of the way.
I was immediately impressed that this company won't even speak to you without you having a full understanding of how the business works, and it taught me a lot. Also felt very comfortable and Pat earned my trust when he wouldn't even discuss numbers months in advance of my ship date. When the time came to talk numbers, he gave them to me, and we got a good and fair price and got the job done.
Having read horror stories about drivers sometimes not showing up, etc., Pat just reinforced my trust in him by letting me know that this was not likely to happen, but if it should, he would keep my vehicle at his personal home until such time as the car could be picked up for shipping. He was correct though, and the car left on a timely basis, and arrived from Florida to Arizona in 3 days; thus avoiding having to rent a vehicle.
I highly recommend Pat and Ultimate Auto Shipping to anyone. Should I ever have to ship my car again, this is the only company I would consider using.
