Dear David, we have looked through your order and we'd like to admit that this is definitely unacceptable. We noticed that you communicated with our support representative and Tim's personal assistant. We are sorry that you didn't talk to Tim directly to get all the recent updates on your order. As per our system, we didn't have any offers to transport your vehicle. We are so sorry to let you down. If you still need your vehicle shipped - please get back to us, we would be more than happy to assist you!
