I was very satisfied with the services provided .. The driver was extremely thorough and very nice. His equipment was well maintained and I felt comfortable with the service. Although the driver was a few hours later than anticipated, it didn't cause me problems - it's really not easy scheduling several pickups/dropoffs when you're coming across the country.
My ONLY suggestion is to provide some sort of "real time" tracking available from a Web Site. I had to call the dealership to determine if the car was picked up. I had to call the driver to setup a time drop off time. It would be nice to automate this process.
