Overall I was pleased with Ship a Car Direct, although the process took longer than I thought. The original quote they provided was a bit too low so the car sat for a couple weeks, but it was OK because we weren't in a huge rush. In fact, when we had to bump up the price, they even chipped in a portion to help. They had great communication - always emailing with information about the process and my rep Renee was super friendly. The carrier they used was fine. A shipment across the country took only 5 days, which I thought was super quick. Only hiccup was that upon arrival, the driver said he couldn't make it to the house because of windy streets, so we had to meet him about a mile away (what's the point of door-to-door service then? During pickup he had taken an Uber to the house to pick up the car, but upon delivery he wouldn't do that). All of this said, Ship a Car Direct was a solid option in what seems to be an industry with some shady alternatives. I would use them again without question.
