I was extremely nervous about shipping my car across the country, letting it go into the hands of a stranger and hoping it would arrive in perfect condition thousands of miles away was definitely frightening. I came into the process very last minute, right before the Christmas holiday. David was upfront and honest with me about the situation and how the holidays would effect my shipping process. Although he knew it would be tough to find a carrier the week of Christmas, he still submitted by request and found someone who came in just slightly over my budget, in about 6 days. He worked with me to find a drop-off location that was convenient but also kept the price down. My goal was to have my car in LA by January 2nd, and it was there by January 3rd, which was better than expected. The carrier company was efficient and kept me up to date as they got closer to arriving. I did have to pay in cash upon arrival, rather than a cashier's check, but in the end it all worked out. I would return to the company again.
