I was very fearful going into this process of shipping my car across the country after doing my research. I narrowed my choice of company with which to ship down to two of the top rated companies, this one being one of them. I based my decision between the two on customer service. After speaking with a rep from Ship a Car Direct and the other company I was looking at, I chose this one. The gentleman I spoke with took time with me on the phone, was very knowledgeable and I felt that the process explained was pretty straight forward, with less fine print. I went with my gut and I am glad I did. I have no complaints.The man who shipped my car was always accessible, as was Ship a car direct. My car was picked up and dropped off on time and without any damage at all. I would absolutely recommend this company based on my person experience.
