No issues with my transportation. Bruce was my primary contact at ShipACar and was very prompt and followed up constantly. They paired me with Andrew at Americars Transportation who was awesome. He was on time and easy to reach. We both were very appreciative of the convenience of the new ShipACar app that lets you take pictures before and after transportation.

On a side note, booking enclosed can be difficult to get. I had to switch to open carrier a few days before my relocation to find a carrier in time. Car was dirty as a result (rain, bird droppings, etc), but this is to be expected.

The peace of mind to pay ShipACar Direct for their services was definitely worth it for me. Both Bruce and Andrew did all they could to protect my favorite asset.
