I was very skeptical about contracting with any of the Car Transported companies because of the amount of bad press I read in the BBB reviews. I am happy to say that my concerns were unfounded.
Despite a slight hiccup with the collection time, the whole experience was excellent. The carried that was assigned to our “job” was professional. Their electronic BOL was instantaneous and comprehensive.
I had a digital record of the car complete with photos e-mailed to me before the truck left the neighborhood. The driver was courteous and paid attention to every detail. On delivery, he went out of his
way to ensure the car was delivered to the destination exactly on time to the exact location. Lion Transport were superb.
